Information security policy
Basic policy on information security
To earn the trust of our customers and society at large, SB Power Corp. (hereinafter ‘SB Power’ or the ‘Company’) has established the following policy and strives to handle information assets appropriately and protect them from threats.
1. Compliance with laws and regulations
SB Power will comply with all laws, guidelines, and other regulations concerning information security
2. Establishment of an information security management system
SB Power will appoint a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and develop the systems and standards necessary for the Company’s information security management.
3. Implementation of information security measures
We will identify information security risks and implement appropriate organizational, physical, personnel, and technical measures. In the unlikely event of an incident, we will respond quickly to minimize damage and take steps to prevent a recurrence, customer protection as our top priority.
4. Supervision of employees
SB Power will provide on-going information security training to all employees involved in our business and ensure that they are information-security literate.
5. Continuous improvement
SB Power will evaluate its management system and information security measures on a regular basis in order to objectively understand their status, and make continuous improvements.
